Regenerative Medicine Supplements

During the injection phase of treatment, it is optimal to supply the body with the correct vitamins, minerals, and connective tissue building blocks to ensure that optimal healing can be achieved. Although natural remedies do not have the same potency for short term pain relief, they will in the longer term be helpful for the tissue healing.

Vitamin D3 preparation

Vitamin D3 is one of the two forms of Vitamin D, which is one of the most important vitamins for overall bodily functions. When the body is exposed to sunshine in the ultraviolet rays from the sun, the skin can produce Vitamin D.

Vitamin D3 is also the common name for cholecalciferol and is closely related to D2 (ergocalciferol), but slightly different. The body can generate Vitamin D3 when he is exposed to sunlight, but it cannot naturally create Vitamin D2. When people are recommended to take Vitamin D supplements it is usually in the form of Vitamin D3, as it is easier for the body to digest.

This vitamin is perfectly safe, but if you are taking it in a supplemental form you should not take more than 2000-5000 I.U. Vitamin D3 per day. Vitamin D3 can improve bone density and bone health, improve brain health, and strengthen the immune system and a lower occurrence of autoimmune diseases.

Too much Vitamin D can cause harmful high calcium levels. It is important to note if you develop signs of high Vitamin D/calcium levels such as nausea/vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, increased thirst, increased urination, mental/mood changes, or unusual tiredness.
